Google_Backlinks_Array not working

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Google_Backlinks_Array function return blank.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
It return the list of the link that showing in the  in the back link total.
for example [Google_Backlinks_Total] => 527
                    [Google_Backlinks_Array] => Array
                        ( )

No url is displaying

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
I am using php 5.25 and operating system windows xp.

Please provide any additional information below.
The issue is that back link total showing the proper output but the backlink 
array not find the result.

Kindly let me know the issue how can I get back-link array.
