Different last fetch times #17

I am not sure how this happened because apparently I didn't do anything except 
switching among 
tabs.

The Dashboard shows Last Fetch: 1 Minute ago
The Items tab shows Last fetch 9 Minutes ago

Now both are stuck and not incrementing.

I have set True Cron option with every 20 minutes cron.

I think this is an issue related to caching.

if you have switched on caching in database.php, turn it off.
