Remove DC.title meta tag on single posts #666

The W3C validator doesn't like it as HTML5, see thread
http://wordpress.org/support/topic/geo-mashup-160-dctitle-w3c-html5-validation-e
rror.

Hopefully geo parsers are smart enough to grab the title tag if they need it.

I've read many people complaining that recently they can't get DC.title to
validate HTML5 no matter what they put in the head to declare the schema.

But there are other schemas that do validate.

So perhaps it would be better to use one of the other schemas now.

I see that name="dcterms.title" has been registered and will validate.

Others might be interested to know which schema you decide to use, but I doubt
that will settle the issue for everyone.
