Google v3 API key isn't working #699

Saving a key in the settings with Google v3 as the provider does not work.

Looks like it's being sent via the old 'key' parameter, but google now wants 
'client'.

This issue was updated by revision b62927ceff94.

More research revealed that we do want the 'key' argument and not
'client'. It works, but the instructions must be followed exactly. I've
added more detail to the inline instructions.
