Auto-opened info window in a Google v3 cluster is not properly centered #707

If the automatically opened marker happens to be in a cluster, the info window 
opens in the upper left and may be sized incorrectly.

This issue was updated by revision 2775259c6cb4.

Almost gave up on this, but in the end found something that seems
to work. Now my brain hurts.
