Upgrade Deletes Saved Customized Themes #107

The server folder where I save my finished designs gets deleted by the upgrade.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. using builtin in auto-upgrade to current version

What version of the ... are you using?
1. Wordpress: 3.x
2. Constructor: 1.x to 1.2.1
3. PHP: 5.x
4. Browser: Chrome and Firefox
5. OS: XP

Can wp-constructor be built in such a way that it takes advantage of 
WordPress's Child Themes? http://codex.wordpress.org/Child_Themes

I have this problem as well. Fortunately, I didn't do too much customization.  
If I save the custom theme folder to my computer, upgrade, and then upload the 
saved folder, will it affect any functionality of my site?
