webkit based browsers do not show page background and some images (linux) #123

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. open any page in webkit-based browser under linux
2. page background disappear 
3.

What version of the ... are you using?
1. Wordpress: 3.0.1
2. Constructor: 1.3.1
3. PHP: 5.2.13
4. Browser: chromium, epiphany
5. OS: Linux ekhome 2.6.35-ARCH #1 SMP PREEMPT Sat Oct 30 21:22:26 CEST 2010 
x86_64 Intel(R) Core(TM)2 Duo CPU T8100 @ 2.10GHz GenuineIntel GNU/Linux

What URL of your blog(s)?

Please provide any additional information below.
I'm not quite sure that is will be the same on win-based browser (have no win 
machine at this time). The background is visible on android's default browser, 
but not smiles. The site looks all right under firefox.

Привет, похоже какае-то трабла с самим 
сервером, т.к. при обращении к картинки 
выпадает ошибка -

Спасибо за тему и за быстрый ответ!
Да, там права были 750 (octal) на эту картинку... 
Теперь показывается... но, что странно, firefox 
даже по этой ссылке показывал картинку 
нормально. Зато после того, как я поправил 
все права даже в firefox'е перестали 
показываться смайлики. Это-то переживу, но 
странно, по правам - все, вроде, нормально.
