featured picture in slideshow and thumbnails does not match

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.My Slider pictures are 1032 wide and 200 hight 
2.Thumbnails are square so thumbnails does not show right
3.Is there any way to set slideshow picture and thumbnails pictures separate?

What version of the ... are you using?

nuryzi.co.cc (my experimental site before the real one)
WP =3.1.1
Const = latest
php = 5.
Browser = all
OS = win XP, Win 7 starter
