editing posts only see html view #148

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. create a new post
2. no option to create the post in visual mode
3.

What version of the ... are you using?
1. Wordpress:WordPress 3.1.  
2. Constructor: Constructor 1.5.7
3. PHP: i think 5?
4. Browser: firefox 3.6.6
5. OS: windows 7

What URL of your blog(s)?
1. http://www.stugordonmd.com/blog/

Please provide any additional information below.
i am running All in One SEO Pack but when i disable it, the problem still 
exists. Any ideas about how i can edit normally???
