Catergories_Pages showing on both sides of template #164

Please provide any additional information below.

I have loaded this theme on my site today and I have the three column template 
and I have the catergories and pages sections showing up on both sides of the 
sidebars and I cant get rid on one on the righthand side. Can you please let me 
know how I can

Please check widgets for "Sidebar" and "Extrabar" on your admin page
