footer widget don´t expand

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. trying to add a widget in footer
2. I go to widgets editor  ( Desktop /appearance / widgets )
3. try to expand the footer to add a widget. It doesnt expand. EVERY widget 
area, including "footer for categories", "footer for pages", "footer for post" 
and "footer for pages" expand clicking the little arrow in the right, and allow 
to add widgets without any problem.
The only one than dont expand is "Footer" (and is the only one that i need 
working :/ )

What version of the ... are you using?
1. Wordpress: Versión 3.3.1
2. Constructor: Constructor 1.6.5
3. PHP: 5.2.17
4. Browser: Firefox 
5. OS: Windows 7 / Fedora 16 (Both)

What URL of your blog(s)?
1. http://proyectoallen.com.ar/3

Please provide any additional information below.
I already try disable all the plugins

I forgot to put the version number of Firefox. Its 11.
Also, the bug is in Internet Explorer and Chrome
