Save Theme: "Can't copy file" #71

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Save a theme

What version of the ... are you using?
1. Wordpress: 2.9.2
2. Constructor: 0.8.5
3. Browser: SeaMonkey (Firefox)
4. OS: MacOSX 10.4

What URL of your blog(s)?
1. http://www.francevacanceslocation.com

Please provide any additional information below.

It creates the folder (with perm 666) and doesn't copy any file in it.

Open file /constructor/admin/ajax/save.php and change string 0666 to 0777
Resave your theme...

I will fixed this is issue in next version
