The header sidebar is missing under widgets.

This seems to be the case for a lot of the themes.  Why can't i customize the 
header? I want to be able to put my own texts in the header.  Anywhere I want.  
This includes php code/html.  I can make my own menus, search, etc.  I don't 
want to be limited to wp built in.

@Styrman I can't see any trouble
@yourbestfriendjax You can open header.php file and replace <?php 
get_constructor_menu() ?> with any your code.
