Directories not writable - what permissions are required? #94

I'm looking at the options pages for wp-constructor. In the images and themes 
tabs I'm told that my directories aren't writable. I have them set to 775. The 
warning goes away if I set them to 777, but I don't want to do that. What 
permissions should be required?

1. Wordpress: 3.0
2. Constructor:
3. PHP: 5.3
4. Browser: Firefox 3.6.6
5. OS: OSX

need 777 for constructor/images and constructor/cache
