What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Add CSS Code to CSS Tab, Save changes
2. Make any other change (change sidebar width for example), save changes
3. All CSS code disappears and reverts to Default

What version of the ... are you using?
1. Wordpress: 3.0
2. Constructor: 1.0.6
3. PHP:
4. Browser: All
5. OS: Windows 2007

What URL of your blog(s)?
1. under development at http://healthactuarysearch.com.mytempweb.com/

Please provide any additional information below.
At first, the style.css and style1.css files were overwritten, so I tried using
the CSS tab, but then discovered it was reverting to default as well.

style1.css - it's cache of CSS code generated by css.php, don't change it - all
your changes will discarded after change settings of theme.

I can't reproduce this is issue on my environment :(

I have almost the same problem.

First I save my CSS in a text-editor (works faster for me).
Then I reload the webpage and/or save the template and it still uses the old
CSS.

The same issue is when changing the config.php
