Removed infos about how to access memory cache and php info pages #973

/var/www/apc.php and /var/www/opcache.php and /var/www/phpinfo.php

are no longer installed together with PHP since DietPi v8.14

The link checks are done, so we can fix the links, not to ignore them 😉. I know it is annoying, but most of the failed check were indeed due to changed website structure or behaviour, hence needed a fix.
