Added remote debugging option to the Chromium settings in DietPi.

Hi, I've tested and added a new option (enable remote debugging) to the Chromium settings in DietPi. I tested it on a Raspberry Pi 5.

Many thanks for your PR. However, I do not see a remote debugging feature as relevant for a significant amount of users, to expose it in this script. Also, as it opens a port, it is a potential security issue, when uncommented out of interest by end users of common desktop systems.
