Bardia: AI Commander orders capture of uncappable flag #29

This was on the updated Bardia download provided by djinn, but I don't think 
this part of it is different from the official version. I was playing Italian 
side the the commander orders capture of uncappable allied flag (at least, it 
has a forbidden symbol over it on the map).

Bardia 64 had a two-way neighbor to an uncappable base flag. I have corrected 
the issue. Djinn has the updated map,or you can find it in the FH2:ESAI thread 
at the sp forum.
