Setting bots to 48 causes the ratio to go out of whack #39

When you toggle the bot count to 48 (Max), the ratio toggle no longer works as
it should and one army always gets biased.

The only current solution is to manually set it in the aidefaults.con file in
ai folder. Manually setting 48 bots requires setting the ratio to 48 (Actually
50)to get it back to 50:50 ratio. Manually setting 64 bots requires setting the
ratio to ~64 to get it back to 50:50 ratio and so on and so forth.

Prior to 1.5 BF patch, the game gave you a max of 32 bots, so the numbers
toggle could go only up to 32. Since it was changed in 1.5, it now allows up to
48. FH2 NEVER changed its aidefaults file to recalibrate things to normal.

Simply changing the bot count in aidefault.con to 47 (+1 human) will fix this
simply, but terribly overlooked issue.

Actually setting bot count to anything ABOVE 32 causes the ratio toggle to go
out of sync

I was informed that this issue has now been picked up so should be fixed in the
next build. There could also be some documentation about this added to the FH
wiki if possible as it's a confusing issue for new comers.
