Comma Rose is missing AI/SP functionality #4

I think the map can be used to issue some commands (right click) but the Comma 
Rose is not connected up to the AI due to changes in python code.

Contrary to some reports the FH interface is actually functional. Spotting 
works as do many other commands like supplies and defend/attack/move. However 
repair does not call an engineer and there are a few other commands that could 
do with fixing. Most of it is functional. Under investigation.

Issue closed. I'll open another issue to improve SP docs to show the 
spotting/command UI functionality to players as this has really been the source 
of some confusion here.
