Maps with limited tickets of 200, 400 and 600 #42

Maps like Falaise pocket (Aserafimov's AIed version), Carentan, Luttch, I think 
etc - Are not optimized to have more than a fixed number of frags, so these 
maps tend to be over all too quickly. 
While most maps pushed to 900% have frags in the 1000s, these allow no more 
than 400 or 600 bots, making them 10 minute maps no matter what you do.

There is a way to adjust this, and I think it may need to be done.

For example Falaise Pocket only goes to 499 tickets even with the slider set to 
999. Low tickets settings are evident in server.zip/init.con but those appear 
to be set at this level for multiplayer. Maybe there is a setting that effects 
the power of the ticket ratio slider for the map.
