This could be achieved by having a windows shortcut setup for each map.

AI is dependent on CPU resources so, as long as the player has multiple cores, 
having a shortcut starting a local dedicated server and then have the player 
connect to that on the same machine (with server and client on seperate cores) 
should improve AI behaviour because the BF2 engine curtails the AI performace 
if it runs out of CPU. Not sure how important or noticable this is on modern 
machines.
