Bots don't resupply positions with ammo supplies pickup #67

Various weapons have to be resupplied by the pickup provided somewhere nearby. 
That class drops an ammo box (or holds it near) to reload anti-tank guns and 
other weapons. It would be nice if some bots occasionally picked up this kit 
and did some of the reloading.
