AI sensitivity to light levels on night maps #71

I don't think the AI is sensitive to light and shadow plus usage of spotlights 
and very pistol flare. This could possibly be done by programming the map with 
custom strategic areas depending on where the darkest/lightest parts of the 
maps are. Search light and flare pistol could possibly trigger behaviour in the 
AI like increased ability to target.
