Universal Carrier WASP (flamethrower) does not have working AI template #81

This vehicle is used on Operation Totalize. I tried copying from one of the 
other carrier templates but I get a crash (I'll post the template here soon). I 
can't see anything particularly special about the flame thrower but there seems 
to be something going on with the organisation of the templates.

Actually they do get in when I use this vehicle and can use the weapon but I've 
never seen the bots use the vehicle themselves.
