Germans spawn on Point Du Hoc beach regardless of flag status #88

Running SP/Coop patch C on server and clients. Playing as Allies, no matter how 
many flags you take on Point Du Hoc, Germans continue to spawn behind your 
lines on the beach.

This seems to have been resolved in version 2.46.
