This problem disappears when I use the 32-bit binary of the FH2 Linux server.

Unfortunately, I'm having trouble keeping the 32-bit server running reliably.
It just seems to get unstable after a few maps, and I have to switch back to
the 64-bit server. I think I know what might be causing this, so I'll keep
experimenting.

I was finally able to make the 32-bit server run reliably, and now Omaha runs
just fine. When I switch back to 64-bit, the map crashes the server as before,
just after the first player spawns.
