Delete all unprocessed pages on Index completion #80

There are bound to be a very large amount of unprocessed pages at the end of the Index operation, it may be smart to delete these pages (and their appropriate references in PageLinks) to reduce the size of the database substantially.

This can now be performed if needs be because Indexing has been completed for the WikiTest database.
