Migration to GNOME 45 #35

fixes #34 This is my first time contributing to an open-source repository so let me know if I overlooked anything and need to change it.

This PR looks at https://gjs.guide/extensions/upgrading/gnome-shell-45.html#extensionutils as guideline to migrate this extension to GNOME 45.

Upon manual testing, everything seems to work correctly. I have not tested compatibility with previous GNOME versions.

I know this is quite delayed but I was waiting for further adoption before merging as this breaks backwards compatibility
