happened after installing python tools for the first time, not sure what actually causes it

I know I managed to solve this SOMEHOW, I'll see if I can find out how for you, but im not sure if Ill find anything useful, sorry.

I'm not sure how I solved it but I believe the issue was that I hadn't added python to the system path correctly. @adapaoferidu
