On the snippets landing page then have menu which looks like the homepage and directs to install, streaming, etc
A high level section on getting tweets or posting as bot with summary of rate limits and policies would be nice. The code snippets page and be grouped logically and then recipes or usecases can link to that. Eg things you need to do for a bot.
