in the description there is italian but I didn'found the configuration file so I generated it following your instruction.
I first used Metapad something worked but all accented letters were lost.
Then I used Notepad, got accented letters but lost space (!) thet was not printed.
Then I used the Arduino IDE and got the space! Great library!
I attached my example with the italian configuration file.

Edit: it works also with the euro symbol €!
