Issue

retrospective for other models implemented by dropping everything before fc.yr
BUT sibreg variations now have a separate input organized by brood year

Current (temporary) fix

use brood years < fc.yr - oldest age (e.g. for the 2010 forecast year, cut off the sibreg data set at 2003 brood year if the data has 3-6 year olds)

Need to talk this through
