Simple bugfix for running ape/rpe with euroc data

This not a bug, it's on purpose because the euroc format doesn't make much sense outside of the groundtruth. https://github.com/MichaelGrupp/evo/wiki/Formats#euroc---euroc-mav-dataset-format-also-used-in-tum-vi-dataset
