Package installs outdated tectonic version #42

When installing Publish.jl, Tectonic v0.6.1 gets downloaded. This version suffers from the "307 temporary redirect error" discussed here.

Can you update the package to use the right version without the redirect error?

I just figured out that the latest development version seems to download the correct executable, so just tagging a new version should solve the issue.
