Develop bug report system in FlashBuilder and then send a request to a PHP script that would send an email to the bug report email for AGORA. Basically, somewhere (on the blue side bar, maybe) there would be a button to click that would open a pop up with some fields to fill out. When the user clicks submit, the information provided would then be sent to the server where it would be be pushed either to the database, the bug report email, or both.
