Problem with Delete Projects #229

A student accidentally deleted the project in which she published all her maps for a test in class. --New feature: We need an additional warning: Do you really want to delete this project?

After deletion, all her maps were automatically moved in her private folder. I told her to create a new test project in her homework folder and to move each map into this new folder what she did. -- bug: Every time I open one of the maps the system crashes, meaning that the to overlapping error boxes appear with the empty one on top, and the Flash application must be relaunched.

To give you an opportunity to look at this I asked her to add lokesh, Madhura poneill to the test project "Ingber Test." Which is in Classes, Public Policy, PUBP 6010, Homework [Ingber, Susan].

Issue fixed , added Confirm Delete Message ..
