Remove double arrow above "therefore" #253

HTS usability testing Sept 25, 2013, brought the feedback that this double arrow is confusing to users. They think the inferential relation goes into both direction, which is completely misleading. I would suggest to remove the blue oval with the double arrow completely, but when mouse moves over the location a pop-up "grab and move to left or right" appears. So the functionality of moving remains intact, but the icon is no longer there.

Removed the double arrow alone. Removing the entire image makes it impossible to figure out that it is drag-able. Would be available along with the v3.6 testing version.

PS: technical details : _New would be the new swf for the purpose. Use online tools for conversions..
