Add to the information that is automatically created when creating a pdf of a map also the Map ID (in the line after Author)

Map Id String added. Created Date - "was always showing Today s date" fixed it to show Maps created Date.

PS: Should be available along with the v3.6 from Jan-13 -2014.

Excellent. Chan ge "Created on" into "PDF created on" Also, after a colon after the year. So: PDF created on Jan 24, 2014: 5:30AM
