"Refresh" on maps #290

Are you sure this refresh button works? I had one map yesterday where after clicking on "add argument" the line went on top of the text box entirely to the left of the map, so the map was clearly distorted. Clicking on "Refresh" did not change anything. I had to go "save" and open the map again to see it corrected.

Refresh pulls data that has been altered or if some new stuff has been added to that map. Like changing node type for instance. So i guess improper loading would not be handled with the refresh. Save and coming back is loading the entire map again. Doing a similar thing with the refresh button is too much processing :(

I think we need a full refresh (reloading the entire map or even relaunching the Flash application with using the login information so that user does not need to login again). Reasons:

students complain that maps are freezing frequently, especially in collaboration
when you zoom-out to see the entire map and then press 100% again, often the navigation bars disappear so that you cannot move to invisible parts of maps.
sometimes text boxes are outside the visible fields (arrows are going off screen)
