After launch i am in an empty room with a white square infront of me

this is how my default.yaml looks. I tried it on the latest dolphin version and in specifically 14382. Downloaded .net framework 5.0 and even 7.0, i just start in an empty room with a white square and i am also looking in a corner when i start it so i have to rotate myself using the oculus re centre feature. and this is how the room looks
