buttons resize when focused #63

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Click on a button at the top of the file chooser that is part of the path 
to the current directory.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
In the native file chooser the selected button becomes bold but does not 
resize. In the Swing file chooser the button resizes to accommodate the 
larger text.

I believe an average user would notice that this is a bit "off."
