highlight color off for some elements in Places list #72

Some elements in the Places list get the correct selection color, others get 
a slightly off one. I'm not sure what the difference is at this point, 
although I've noticed that in the high contrast themes the "off" ones get 
borders.

These images show the problem. Notice in one case the selection color is red 
and in 
the other brown.

This is related to a GTK L&F limitation in Swing. See GtkThemeWishList. For now 
we can 
try and make the colors consistent between different Places.
