Never used "mapIsAXN" #6

Kz_Engine.sma(5062): warning 204: symbol is assigned a value that is never used: "mapIsAXN"

Apart from those the include was missing

Apart from those the include was missing

Previously, technically it worked from a module, but with the switch to rehlds, axn stopped working.
