Tiles can now be selected/unselected from the board #131

Quality of life changes and bug fixes (Fixes issue #130)

Tiles can now be selected and unselected from the board
No more need to select the tiles in order to play a word
Players can no longer steal existing words (Need to play at least 1 tile)
