Getting update error #49

THIS IS THE ERROR IM GETTING

Update C;/Users/denni/AppData/Roaming/Reaper/Scripts/MPL Scripts/Functions/mpl_Various_functions.lua to verision 3.59 or newer

I have the newest version installed!!!!!!!
