Layers definition: replace sliders by a more convenient input #135

Sliders are not practical to use. Replace by something like the number selection in the Android clock

The cordova-wheel-selector seems to correspond the most to what we have discussed. However it's still in beta version, have some missing implementations and only works on ionic-native (so not in browser - which is not really a problem but still makes the debugging less simple).
