Setting last asked to 2 am makes problems #29

Langunator intepret 26th Aug 2 a.m. as 27th August. It seems to round up. For example I have a vocabulary with RightInRow = 0. Now is 27th Aug 12 am for LastAsked = 26 th Aug 2 am it is NOT asked for LastAsked = 26 th Aug 0 am it IS asked
