When a new piece is placed on the board it is placed from the player's "next piece" holding area. The holding area is then replenished with a random piece drawn from the remaining piece bag. AI should be able to reason about the possible remaining pieces in the piece bag and estimate the probability of each remaining piece being drawn next.
Acceptance Criteria:
Decision tree expansion should include possibilities for each random draw from the piece bag
Decision tree pruning should treat possibilities as external decisions which are equally likely, and must not prune less-desirable random outcomes as if they are less-desirable decisions.
