GUI - Move Submission

GUI should allow the player to submit moves against the current game state, and to receive feedback if a move cannot be accepted or understood.

Acceptance Criteria:

• Tab control for move input, with one customized tab for each move type
• Action button to expand partial move, getting a set of valid move alternatives which include the partial data entered by the user
• Action button to validate the current move, returning any validation errors if any
• Action button to submit the current move, returning any validation errors if any or altering the game state if none
• Text area for move processing results, including validation errors
